Beta-Carotene actually works for skin color!

I won't post pictures of myself on this shithole so don't ask, but taking 25,000 IU for the past few weeks has given me a slight yellowish/golden tint. My friends and sister all commented on it before I even noticed any changes myself.

I don't tan and use sunscreen for the few minutes that I'm out in the sun so it's definitely from the Beta-Carotene

Not sure what kind of effect it has on darker skin tones but I have pinkish skin naturally so this is an improvement for me
