What dose of beta-carotene and lycopene is needed to get a nice tan? It's winter now, and I don't want to go pale like a gay k-pop model. I also don't want to use peptides for my skin tone because I need money for other peptides.

They wont give you a nice tan. High-dose beta-carotene will turn you into a carrot / make your palms yellow, and it doesn’t look good.

Though I’m pretty sure lycopene and astaxanthin can make your skin look better after a few weeks of using a certain dose
