i have 4 studies showing that only 3% of beta carotene can be converted to vitamin a. either way 45% of people cant even convert it at all. eat liver for the highest concentration of vitamin a bb and dont be a carotene cel

I bought some along with astaxathin and lycopene. Most dont get good results with B carotene as it makes them very orange. But id afigure id saturate into my sstem with some red pigments.
