Beta Carotene, Lycopene, Astaxanthin- should I take?

I have pale skin, light gray-green eyes (see pfp), and dark brown hair. I’ve read a ton of conflicting info on here about these supplements, some swear by them whereas others said it made their coloring look goofy

Your obviously some pale ass nigga so just dose bc for a bit and see what that does for you. No harm in trying. The tint will go away once your stop taking it anyways.

Lycopene will make you too red, your pale so u will look like a tomato

You dont really need it, makes you redder also research says it may mess wit ur hormones a bit. Im gonna do a megadose of it with lycopene soon since im darker skin

Yes. I take 24 mg astaxanthin, 40 mg lycopene and 25 000 IU beta carotene daily. After 1 months, people started complimenting my skin tone. It went from winter pale to a very cool glowing and lively skin tone. It takes 2-3 months to see the full effects though, I will take this amount until then, and then lower astaxanthin to 8 mg. (It's expensive as fuck.)
