I've been overdosing beta corotene the past 3 days. I've been taking 80mg.

Today my skin is tan as fuck, I'll show you the before and after on a later post.

I'm no longer a pale basement dweller incel. Now I am a sunbaked tan incel.

Mine is I think 11mg per pill. So yeah you should take 3 or 4.

I'm going to not take as much anymore becuase apparently super strong dosages can cause temp hairloss

Bro I used to do the same thing, 160,000IU/day. Got expensive af and even though tan was noticeable, it wasn’t that good of a color. Just use a good self tanner, way better and lasting color, cheaper, and no UV damage.

It doesn't matter how much you took. It takes the same time to accumulate. You should tell ppl you are doing tanning bed sessions AND overdosing beta carotene. If you omit this you are trying to fool the forum and you are a moron.
