I have irish skin and hardly tan, should I take beta carotene supplements to get a slight glow or just stay this colour

no beta carotene and melanotan for ur pheno unfortunately.

it would work, but it wouldnt match ur pheno
it has to look natural, which isnt possible for ur pheno
