The cheapest one is the best

Add omega 3 magnesium melatonin ashwagandha (i put them in order of whats more important)

You dont have to add anything try looking for oral minoxidil (low dose) and ur set
I mean my hairs pretty good, nice and curly pretty healthy. Debating on if I want to bleach it or not. I just notice my type of girls go for guys with dyed hair so that's why

Its more for lashes, brows and beard

I have used nutricost before and there are better brands available. I used the ashwagandha from ndepot which is very good. And magnesium and l theanine from sportsresearch and shilajit from fulvicearth. All of these I found good after a thorough research.
