should i consider taking beta carotene cuz i want to improve my coloring
im ultra white not like albino but kinda near my skin is just very white compared to other white people and idk if i should take it and get more brown or keep my white skin and try to improve other things like brows or eye color (contacts) to get better contrast
what do yall think?
