So I heard that beta-carotene is a great supplement to use if you want a good-looking, even tan without damaging your skin or aging yourself faster. I have some questions about it:

1. What would it usually cost?

2. How long should I take it for, and which specific supplement would you recommend?

3. How much should I take, and how often?

4. Are there any risks or side effects I should be aware of?

5. Is there anything I should take alongside it for better results?

The cost wont be expensive dw about that just search it up and see different from country to country, around one month, everyday 20-50mg,nope no sides dw about it, Astaxanthin and Lycopene for redder undertones if u want that also 20-50mg mark this as solution if this was helpful

ive been taking it for 2 months now around 25iu a day. my skin has been getting a bit warmer and i paired it with 12iu of astaxanthin daily too. Dont see why you wouldnt take it. Just dont take more than 25iu tho. I started taking it cause i just dont trust mt2. Mark as solution bhai.

not melatonin bro. Mt-1 or Mt-1 do some research on it
You mean mt-1 or mt-2 ? If yes I know I bit about it and I know that it enhances your body's natural skin protection against UV lights (correctme if im wrong)
But it isn't really a great choice since it still leaves u with the UV damag and it still destroys your skin and it's an expensive peptide so it's hard to get (all from what i know)
