anyone got high inhib like me? panic attacks anxiety w/e i take SSRIS atm but betablockers seem to be both effective and relatively harmless when needed. Anyone got any experience with em? and if so what would u recommend? I'd take em for special occuasions only when needed

I know you aint a doctor but what strength should i go for, 20mg? I need to be ready to argue with the doctor cuz getting prescription in sweden is like fighting 50 immigrants with 1 hand

there hasn’t been a day I haven’t taken propranolol in 3 years now
My social inhibition and anxiety is negative at this point. Eliminates symptoms like racing heart and all that

40 mg slow release in the morning
20 mg slow release at night
Total 60 mg a day, it’s very high dose but it’s to avoid PVCs and heart palpitations

For your case something like 20 mg should do the job

i recommend u that if u perceive that he doesnt wanna give it to you tell him that u remember this one time when etc, and that know if u keep living like this u may kill yourself, once they hear that is like a neuron activation lmao

I use nebivolol for tachycardia, beta blockers only make sense for physical symptoms of anxiety
The main treatment is antidepressants and anxiolytics

There's a betablocker called Vodka, powerful stuff from the East, two glasses should do the trick.

They may have a depressant effect on adrenaline receptors can reduce feelings of anxiety , but none of the beta blockers have psychiatric indications

If you're taking an SSRI, you need to wait at least a month. If that doesn't help, they simply increase the dose.
But I hope you're not taking some kind of stimulant antidepressant like fluoxetine or duloxetine?

I tried it total of three times, two times I felt super tired and depressed. The only time I didnt was when I paired it with modafinil.
