if u were wondering if betacarotene works and is it worth it, i got ur answer: yes
last winter i took 3 pills daily with a high fat meal for a month from the NOW supplements brand and maintained my summer tan throughout all winter and even got a little orange but not an unatural amount, rly helped with coloring, prob one of the best softmaxxes out there. And no its not placebo people were genuienly wondering how i managed to still be tan in winter.

i assume its from NOW foods. Have u tried with a lower dosage or did u just jump straight 75,000 IU?
