Betacarotene supps

Guys im using betacarotene supps, and I know you have to use it in combination with lycopene supps. But after mega dosing betacarotene (100K IU a day) for 2 weeks ive not seen any changes. Is aavaalabs a good supplements supplier? Or do I have to wait even longer

Nope. Is that a requirement? Guess I didnt read into it well enough. And I thought betacarotene causes you to become yellow and combining it with lycopene gives you the healthy caramel glow?

100k isn't a megadose.
Just take MT2.

Yes you need fat to absorb it. From the 100kiu youre prob absorbing less than half. B carotene makes ur skin have orange undertones, lycopene red undertones so you need to add what your skins natural undertones are missing

Meat eggs avocado coconut oil butter olive oil. Anything that has at least 5 grams of fat
