Betamethasone 0.1% VS Hydrocortisone 0.1%
i know that Betamethasone is stronger but is it worth the extra skin irritation and the harsher side effects
and isnt the purpose of both is to decrease nose inflammation so technically both will have the same effect after all ?

yes, it's bullshit

isotretinoin isn't entirely bullshit as it shrinks the oil glands which does have some small impact as the nose contains a great many - but it's barely noticeable - it's noticeable to YOU because you see your face all day everyday so some people are like "jeez i got a nosejob", but irl no one can really tell.

its not bullshit topical steroids can reduce nose inflammation, yeah it wont give the affect of a nose job like u said but it still shrinks it
