Hydrocortisone thins out your skin. So when you put it on your nose it makes it appear smaller. There's a popular guide about it somewhere in best of the best.

nigger its a cream you can get basically at any walmart or gas station it lowers inflammation and is used for itch relief, be careful with overusing it on the nose area as it can thin the skin if done improper

1st pic is after right? Mouth to nose width definitely improved mirin, was this solely due to using hydrocortisone on ur nose or did you do something for mouth width as well?

It takes around 2 weeks for your skin to adjust or something. I really recommend reading the botb thread about hydrocortisone

I went through Marpe which made my mouth a bit wider. Also fixing skin inflammation slightly shrunk my nose as well

Yeah I just leave it on for 20 mins and then wash it off. Leaving it on for an entire day will mess with your cortisol.
