betamethasone +hydroquinone on face for pale asf skin

so basically about 2 months ago i js put betamethasone on js one spot of my skin and within 3 hrs that shit became white asf and still there now what if i put it overnight on face ik , skin atrophy and all put skin atrophy cant happen in one night sooooo????

MID BROWN -> LIGHTEST BROWN .,AND THEN PALE THE PROBLEM IS IT THINS SKIN DONT EVEN USE IT MORE THAN 5 DAYS
