Betamethasone on nose

I've used hydrocortisone for 3months daily without getting any skin atrophy then i switched to trimcinolone for month which also didnt slim skin at all should i move on to betamethasone?

my nose skin is thick

As I said then if you need to go stronger do so if that still doesn't work then its not soft tissue
