Ive gotten some results with hydrocortisone 0.1% prescribed by my doctor but i heard beta m is even more stronger and powerful for thinning of the skin

Generally Beta dip is a lot stronger so you can go with something a little less potent like Valerate 0.05 or 0.1 if your scared it’ll fuck you up. Also btw have you tried triamcinolone acetonide I remember seeing you post about it a long time ago and was wondering if you saw results?
