Betamethasone

After ldaring and not doing anything to looksmax. I found a tube of betamethasone and i remember seeing someone saying it could be used to reduce nose size. How do i apply it and how long should i leave it for?. I have betamethasone 0.1

im planning to break my own nose and maybe get a rhinoplasty but i dont think thats how it works but i might try it
