Two of my closest colleagues here have decided to stab me in the back.

I kept telling myself there had to be another explanation.

I wanted to believe the person I trusted wouldn't do this to me.

I was wrong.

The truth was right in front of me.

I just didn't want to see it.

I questioned myself.

I blamed myself.

I wondered what I could've done differently.

But betrayal says more about the one who chooses it than the one who suffers from it.



But something needs to change.

I cried long enough.

I questened myself long enough.

I stayed silent long enough.

but not today.

No not anymore.

You took my trust.

You took my peace.

But you dont get to take my future.

Im done letting my pain define me.

I will make them pay i will make them and regret what they did to me.

You didn't destroy me. You revealed who you really are.
