Better bones and height at 16

Im 16, 6 feet and 70kg but I don’t have good chin projection and slightly recessed infras and slightly recessed zygos, I’ve been thinking about taking Abaloparatide or HGH but that sh is really expensive, so I thought about test or letrozol but I don’t know if that’s safe to take at 16. Can anyone tell me what to do or what I should pin?
