i don't have a routine
i train my forearms every day at home with the following exercises, doing them whenever i feel like:

wrist curls and reverse wrist curls (with or without fat gripz)
shrugs with fat gripz extreme on the bar (its a product that you put around the bar to make it thicker)
curls with fat gripz extreme
hammer curls
captains of crush hand grippers
levering with a dumbbell that has weight on 1 side (cant explain)
1 arm dead hang or 2 arm dead hang with fat gripz extreme

some days i train more then other days

best bang for buck would be wrist curls and reverse wrist curls for overal size i believe

78 kg cutting atm with walking 30-40k steps
