Better nose softmax for wide alar base and how to source

Low effort thread, what worked for me some information contained in this guide may be retarded.

1. Diflucortolone valerate (better than hydrocortisone? 50x-100x more potent)​

If you read the other nose softmax guide you might know about corticosteroids for nose softmaxxing altough it recommends hydrocortisone i found

Diflucortolone valerate to be better since its more potent and easy to source. Apply a thick, visibile layer at night on nostrils DON'T GO ABOVE THE TIP OF THE NOSE WHERE THE CARTILAGE IS before sleeping and leave it overnight. (Corticosteroid withdrawal as a side effect?? I haven't experienced it after 6 weeks of use and stopping for 2 weeks, i would reduce it from daily to every other day and then stop for 2 weeks or until redness goes away if you experience any.) ​

2.How do i source it??
Diflucortolone valerate is found in Sebborheic Dermatitis creams such as travocort at most pharmacies especially in Europe, so just say you have Sebborheic Dermatitis.
3.Charcoal scrub
Not much to say here, exfoliates, use before applying your corticosteroid. If you have bad sebaceous filaments like I do use it every 2 days, if experiencing irritation reduce it to 2 times a week.
4. Salicylic Acid
Daily, after scrub and before corticosteroid. Shrinks pores and you won't need to exfoliate as often with the scrub.

Idk if moisturizing even with a non-comedogenic moisturizer can negate the effects, might be helpful if experiencing irritation.

this seems promising however I don't know if it being more potent may be a good thing for the structural integrity of your nose. I'm open to correction and in fact welcome it. Also you should site some studies on this compound and get into more detail about it I'm sure people would find it interesting and promising.

I don't think there are studies on this, the whole idea is it causes skin thinning and reduces inflammation, it's all deductions from mechanisms, no studies. To keep structural integrity avoid to go above the tip where the cartilage is (i forgor to add)
