I am 15, i have a very good front profile (my opninen) but my jawline is cokked. i am waiting for Mandibular Osteotomy surgery, is there anything i can do too lower my ramus and get a better sideprofile? (i spam chew gum)

i will get the surgeryes i need in norway i get it for free if i am born with it but is there a way no fix this a little bit before surgery? i want to enjoy my teenage years and cant get the surgreys befor i am atleast 20 the doctors said
