better to die or suffer hoping?

is it better to just die or suffer this much hoping one day everything i do will actually change the way i look, how do i know when it il be enough and i can really say yeah i gave it all. how do i decide if i should kill myself or keep believing, i hate that i am 14 yo and i have to know this i hope i could just be dumb asf and not care at all
