Accutane is better than tret because of its permanent effect on pore shrinkage and oil production.

No increased benefit, it’s basically the same thing but you will get more systemic side effects due to increased penetration of thin dermis. Just do >0,8mg/kg/day of isotretinoin instead of that bs

Just use zalna gel if you have acne, estriol cream if you want smoother skin etc.
