I've never heard of toothpaste with phosphoric acid before. I have heard of calcium fluorophosphate which is a different animal entirely. That stuff is good, kills bacteria and impregnates your teeth with calcium and phosphate ions. All toothpastes should have alkaline/neutral ingredients like calcium and bicarbonates which should counteract the ph of any acidic ingredients.
