I have gotten pimples that I've never gotten near my alar base after 3 days of hydrocortisone application.
I still think it's worth it, but beware of the side effect.

corticosteroid induced eczema and skin addiction are two other side effects. Try it out for 2 weeks and stop for a while, then continue.
but DYOR especially on this as it is proven to be dangerous.

ik been 3 days but results should be decently quick. i think many say 2 weeks idk

There aren't really limitations with application tbh, just make sure it stays on the nose
