How do i lose bf% after ~8% a caloric deficit dosent seem to work
 
How do i lose bf% after ~8% a caloric deficit dosent seem to work
Be in a bigger caloric deficit. Regardless a caloric deficit will always work, either you're miscalculating your daily caloric intake, or you're overshooting your daily activity, either way, the result is that you're actually not in a deficit or at least not in a significant one.

Are you properly weighing the food you eat? Do you eat least eyeballing how much fat you use in cooking? What about drinks? Whatever is going on, the issue is your deficit, so make sure you're tracking correctly or simply go lower in the calories, the result will be the same.

Thanks for the detailed reply i guess im calculating wrong. apologies for my ignorance
 
you might be accounting for this but as you lose weight your BMEE will go down because it takes less to sustain yourself

regardless you just have to either be more active or cut down on calories
