does things like calisthenics(even little amount everyday),good sleep,intermenient fasting and drinking lot of water help speed up fat burning process combined with calorie deficit? or its all cope u just need to be in deficit nothing more

Your question doesn't really make sense. Calisthenics is a form of exercise so it increases the amount of energy you burn. Intermittent fasting will most likely make you eat less overall, reducing the amount of energy you consume. Both contribute to a bigger calorie deficit. So basically you're asking "Should I lose weight by being in a calorie deficit or just stick to being in a calorie deficit"
