There are 2 common paths you can take when attempting to lose weight.
The Hard Way. *A calorie deficit, cardio, no processed foods, discipline.
The Easy Way. *GLP's
Both of these ways will achieve similar results, but they do both have pros and cons. The pros of the hard way is that you will lose less LEAN MASS, it is completely free, and it is more honorable. The cons are that it is hard, requires a lot of discipline; and can take a while depending on what your starting point is. The pros of the easy was that it is easy, and you do not really have to do much. The cons are that it can cause you to lose lean mass. Which means losing a lot of muscle, and fat-causing you to look skinny fat, it is expensive, and there is no honor in doing so.
I will cover both of these paths.
The Hard Way:
1. Calorie Deficit.
It is 2026 so by now we should all know what a calorie deficit is. If you do not it is when you lower your calories below maintenance so that your body, then starts using fat as energy due to a lack of calories. You can find an estimate of your maintenance calories by going to this site --->https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html. After finding your maintenance I recommend starting your cutting journey in a 300-calorie deficit. *Maintenance calories - 300 = your deficit. This will allow you to get the jist of tracking calories and eating in a deficit; and also, you will start to lose weight. Tracking food is how you will know how many calories you are eating; for this use MyFitnessPal; make an account, set your calorie goal, and use this ratio for proteins, fats, and carbs.
2. Mindset
While starting this keep this mindset. "I am a fat fucking chud and if I do not lose weight my dick will be small, and I will never have the love or affection of a girl".
Also constantly think about you at the beach being confident with your shirt off, or at the pool.
3. Extra Strats.
Spamming shit like diet drinks, more specifically diet sodas will curb your sweet craving, and make you feel fuller due to carbonation. Also, things like black coffee. This shit will not raise metabolism, but caffeine can help lower your appetite, and also, they can make you feel full due to the liquid. Slamming Water constantly is also a strat as you will be full due to the liquid.
4. Cardio
When losing weight the majority of it is the deficit. But doing 60 minutes of cardio a day; more specifically walking, or HIT can drastically speed up the rate at which you lose weight due to excess calorie burn, and your body running through glycogen stores, thus relying on fat more.
The Easy Way
1. Retatutride/GLP-3
Reta is the best GLP-3 on the market. GLP-3's are literally the future for pharma and companies like that and right now, for a limited time they are being sold on peptide markets as "Research Chemicals". GLP-3's target the three key hormones. GLP-1 to cut appetite and steady blood sugar GIP to boost fullness and aid insulin response, and glucagon to burn fat while raising metabolism. This shit is literally sent by the gods; so I recommend this shit heavily.
2. GLP-1's
These things are fucking ass compared to GLP-3's, and these come on the form of Ozempic, or any other diabetic shot; as the name shows these only target one of 3 hormones; the GLP-1 which cuts your appetite, basically putting you into a constant state of not wanting to eat-thus creating a deficit.
I put some effort into this. It is my first time making something like this so I know it may not be the best. But hope it helps.
