Can someone photoshop or faceapp what it would look like if I had my buccal fat pad reduced vs getting upper cheekbone+zygo arch fillers..

I need to fix my cucked midface, softmaxxing is not enough... some days I have visible high cheekbones, but most days I just look bloated like on the pic FML

I'm not chad lmao, HTN at best on days where I water fast.. need to fix a lot of shit so I can be in HTN area consistently, starting with my midface.. then neck
