That pronoun use could too easily be misunderstood tbh. You might use them synonymously, but they aren't synonyms. It would require a lot of things to have those changes: orthodontic work to change his protruding mouth area, implants for his glabella, rhinoplasty to build up the nasal structure, genio or chin implants, glabellar implants, etc.
