Been consistently gymcelling the past 1.5 years and even used sarms these last months on n off and my bidelt has grown like 2cm. More likely 1.5 tops all n all

Was expecting like to be some giga framemogger atp

I don’t have good enough data on how much a bideltoid can grow tbh.
I think clavicle lengthening may be less overall risk than the steroid doses needed to achieve an acceptable bideltoid.
