Its so Retarded cause im 5'8 at 14 with 19.5 inch bidelts. I thought my frame were normie level untill I went to the gym with my friends. I did some research on my own and found nothing maybe im reatrded but DO YOU GUYS know if HEIGHT and BIDELTOID are related

i wouldnt think height would affect bidelt but if your overall growing it probably will

They are, average, normie bidelt is 1/4 of your height. So 17 inches would be ok for ur height. Although, average bidelt is often not enough, unless you have overall slim build, which isnt good either.

i feel like thats pretty average if you dont go gym, im 5'4 at (unfortunately) and this is about my first year in the gym now and my bidelts at 22 inches right now but i still feel like im not as wide as i want to be it still doesnt look like much when im wearing a shirt. but also check your posture it could make a bit of a difference it does for me
