is 20-inch bi-deltoid width bad for someone who never hit the gym?
 
Average is 30 inch, its over just rope atp

Kinda mid. Depending on height. Good for 5'10 or below if they're skin and bone but quite average for fat boy (above 15% if you can't see abs you're above 15%)

I'm 6'1, is gymmaxxing worth it for my frame?
 
The donkeys on this forum can't properly measure any distance between 2 points for the life of them

Gymmaxxing is almost always worth it a bit but a lotta idiots get obsessed and waste their time and efforts. Get to a good healthy point where you're above average but also don't have to work too hard to maintain.

Yeah, first I gotta starvemaxx tho to get lean, but I keep procrastinating
