you are probably confusing fatpad loss with skin aging or smth

this is the average 18-20 fatpad loss

they clearly arent aged in the after they just look hollower due to thinner skin

Ah ok yeah most people lose this at 18ish. But some legends like Somerhalder and Pitt were late bloomers and didn’t lose it until 21. I think they age better as a result tbh
