Saw this kid bench 225 and his arms look dyel asf. His friend couldnt even bench 225 and he looks two times bigger. I swear doing stupid shit like tricep extension and dips give result so much faster.

i would share my workout plan but ive spent $350 on consults with eppley so i cant give to it for free

i take 8 supps in the morning, 2 before the gym and 5 at night

but bread is poisen i dont touch it, manmade garbage i eat a natural hunter gatherer diet

The most effective exercises for a perfect physique are weighted pullups/chins and OHP. Add in side laterals, direct arm work, and glute/calf work and you're good.

Sounds like cope, maybe he is much lower bf? It doesn't sound possible to lift such a weight with dyel arms, probably guy is low bf af. Dips are a good exercise tho. Triceps extensions are useless as beginner cause any indirect exercise trains them enough already

i didnt believe what i saw either. he wasnt even vascular. athleanx said dip works out the biggest part of the tricep so for size its the best

They’re not a meme. The issue is that unless you’re a genetic freak you need more than just squat/bench/deadlift. Yes those exercises are important and you should get as strong as possible on them, but if you want to look good you also need to be strong at OHP, weighted chinups/pullups, incline bench and curls (with strict form).

If you’re strong in all of these movements and you’re lean enough to have abs it’s literally impossible to not look good.

The only people who look dyel while being strong are only actually strong at a select few exercises

I think dips just provide a greater stretch
Ofc bench grew my chest but dips did it more IMO and I just like the exercise better

i use to cope that my muscles are smaller because my fibers are more efficient thus superior. now i learn i just have shit inserts

That sound impossible, scientifically your muscles grow by creating more myofibriles inside the muscle cells so the invidual contracting of every cell together is stronger during some mechanical pressure like lifting things, if you progress in lifting your muscles are pound to become bigger simply cause all invidual muscle cells become bigger in volume from the increased number of myofilaments

Even with shit inserts, if you reach a mid intermediate level with 15 inch arms lean, normies will think you’re “jacked”

I wish I never fell for that bullshit. My back is perma-injured now
i started lifting so i get good back strength because i sit in my chair so long. cant have it both ways
 
Deadlifts gave me pain, and I was probably injured at that point. But then I did lying leg press machine with ~700 lbs and my lower back went in flexion at the bottom and boom. I couldnt walk like a human for 4 days and it hurt me for a whole year. Luckily now I don't have any pain

exercises are cope, it's all genetics just do something random at the gym and it will work if you have good genes the specific exercise is pointless, i'm convinced of that

When your back is already compromised and you have a big load that you're pressing if you go too low the back will go into flexion and it could injure it

Deadlifts are a safe excercise if you do it correctly jfl, you need to straighten your spine as much as possible and strech your hamstrings, basically do stiff leg or romanian deadlifts, they are easier

Squats are relatively safe compared to deadlifts.

Yeah you’re right 225 for 1 rep isn’t that crazy tbh. I think in order to have decent development you need to be able to do 225 for at least 5
