Big ass cranium

I have come to realize my cooked forehead size isnt just my hairlines placement and or beginning stages of norwood, it is just that I have a big ass head, Id love to shrink my upper skull but thats just not possible, if I want to do something to balance this, aka just grow my middle and lower third (I dont even know what that entails. expanding the maxilla? more bone mass? idk.) I also know my diet was shit for a few months and I had some hair loss / thinning, and growing up idk how good my diet really was. My face is decently developed, good even, and if I had a small forehead I'd be perfectly content. I don't know what I'm really looking for but someone save me please, I have no real problem with girls but I surf and Im sick of having the same hairstyle, I just want to like the way I look
