I’m 5’7 and was 180lb and hit 225lb for 8 reps on bench without being on any peds 2 months ago. Then I hurt my left pec and haven’t done anything for chest in almost 2 months however I a have still been going to the gym and hitting everything else. Well I started taking 500mg of test e 7 weeks ago and I’m sitting at 165lb body weight now and am a lot of leaner and have kept most the muscle mass. My pec is finally healed and started benching again. Hit 225lb for 8 on bench today granted it was hard at lower body weight and leaner and feel like I have a lot more gains to make. My face looks learner and more appealing to foids and I just did what I used to while I was heavier and uglier. Feel like I have a lot more in the tank to gain also in strength on chest and bench press. I do a lot of cardio and jump rope and feel healthy. Will continue to cycle on and off instead of blasting and cruising but will probably be on this cycle for another 4 weeks at least.
