I have a big fucking head i dont know what to do, its truly over. now i dont mind about height im average height where i live. its just that my head looks bigger than my body it just looks fucking uncanny.

I dont know what to do, I'm thinking of getting a clavicle lengthening surgery in a few yrs 14 inch clavicles if a suifuel, no matter how much i train, or will gear cycle truly help?

its over boyos, i even heard foids calling my head like not matching my head

No I have good hair genetics been on tren for about 16 weeks and my hairline looks the same before i started
