Show me a single muscular guy who can chop firewood better than this. And keep in mind this guy is splitting cottonwood, one of the toughest woods in the world to split.

Most muscular faggots chop firewood like they're crippled. None of them swing with the power and acceleration that this guy has.
Lanky people have less muscular resistsnce because their muscles aren't tight. Weightlifting causes muscles to shorten and tighten, which makes your movement slower and less powerful because you're fighting against your own muscular resistance.


"Just lift bro" is a meme. Lifting is a waste of time and effort just to out yourself in the biological form of a straightjacket. Any bodybuilder would get fucking demolished by this confident lanky guy. Women prefer guys who look like this: tall, lanky, athletic, dynamic and lithe.

Lifting for the first year is a good boost to smv. Roiding and lifting for 4 years is a huge waste of time unless you enjoy it

I have the lankiest skeleton humanly possible with 6.5" wrists and 6'8" wingspan, short torso and long legs too
I began sprinting a year ago and was slow at the beginning because I hadn't ran in years and I had spent those years putting on gymcel induced muscle.
I am much looser and faster now but I still am debating whether weight training my lower body will improve my sprinting or hinder it.
The issue I have with using weights is that even if my leg can produce more force, I have not trained at applying it directly into the ground to help me to run faster, it feels like the force is being wasted

Cope. You've never been outside in your entire adult life. Temperature doesn't make that big of a difference and it's still cottonwood.
