being shredded is not good as a natty. disregarding the health/endocrine problems of being ultra low bf while natty, if ur actually natty and shredded u look like a distance runner even if you've been training for 10 years.
this guy squats in the mid 500s and has been training properly for 15 years. he is probably genuinely drug free which is why he looks awful. ironically if he were fat he would at least look like he trains when he has a shirt on.
there is also a particular "look" that u cannot have at any bf% natty, namely the shrinkwrapped jeff seid tier look.
being ripped while natty you look flat, and "carbed up" like how bodybuilders do you look watery but not full. seid here and all famous ig physique guys have ultra full muscles while lean, but with no water retention other than in the muscle.
basically you can be big while natty but only at higher bfs. and this is without even going into the 25 ffmi number which i think is ludicrously optimistic for drug free men.
