bc of the maxilla if u inflate ur mouth like a hamster and take a picture or tell someone to look which one is better the aswer will be the second one, u need improve ur maxilla to much most case doesnt work bc is not only the maxilla is the part between the up lip and nose if u have the "jew" nose already it wont change david gandy is a clear example
