No rhino for my long midface / philtrum / weak jaw.
I have an appointment with a surgeon in October (for functional rhino) and I'll make sure to ask him about it.
But I'm affraid a nose job could bring 10 others failos.
Maybe I should ask him to just fix the twist and the huge bird bump.
