I am balding and it doesnt bother me one bit. On months where ive taken breaks from minoxidil you can clearly see my thinning crown, and women are not bothered in the slightest bit by it.

Yeah I wouldnt care because I only worried about it fow a few months, excepted it would happen, started rogaine, and said hey it will give me a couple extra years. I won't resist balding but may get a nw 2.5 harline transplant once my natural one recedes, to give the impression that I only have crown balding and no hairline recession.
