Guy on the left simply seems to be squinting, likely has larger natural shape.

But I think only the shape matters (A more compact, thin and sharp shape is best, which some might believe to be "small")

tbh for appeal as long as you aren't constantly squinting or glaring you'll be fine. Models to it for strikingness
