yeah I'm interested in eating stuff like deer meat and horse meat but its expensive and very hard to find in Canada and I don't know how to cook them. Maybe I should visit some exotic Central Asian restaurant one day

kebabs are from kavkaz? no way thats true, the story goes the mongols were nomadic people travelling the steppe and in order to make it easy to transport meat over long distances and stuff they made kebabs to skewer and stuff
Not sure but I think it's from the Middle East/Kavkaz. Never heard of kebab being our traditional food
