gym is mostly a mix of bones, frame, insertions, genes, metabolism etc...
if you have sleep issues for instance (common in autism), you cant recover from working out.
Sleep issues is connected to low oxygen in body too, so it causes ADHD. If you cant sleep you are probably recessed too.

We yawn when tired because we are breathing in air, sleepiness = oxygen deprivation.
And if your breathing is fucked, so is your ability to digest food, as the air we breathe out is the product of the combustion process from burning energy. Its like how a cars exhaust drips water, our breath is wet.
Imagine how the performance of a car engine drops when you plug the exhaust a little.

Now imagine forcing yourself into the gym with unfixable developmental issues like that. Then you eat shit inflammatory meme diet like rice and chicken + protein powder on top = recipe for disaster.

If you are short, anything you do, gym, looksmaxxing, statusmaxxing, will be automatically seen as cope.
