- Small mouth that doesnt match the wide jaw
- Narrow temple/orbital/cheek area that looks asymetric to wide jaw.

Otherwise jaw implants are the holy grail to raise psl and smv

People with small mouths can have wide jaws too

Otherwise he would look okay. Needs upper eyelid fillers/fat graft and more muscular body that matches with the superman jaw.
