i was thinking more ur overall colouring (skin, hair, lips)
I suggest getting a very mild tan (via selftan, the "carrot stack" or mt2), dying ur hair to a darker brown (and ur eyebrows) and fixing ur lips with vaseline or a chapstick

achieving this will take less than a month depending on the methods u use

modcut would look good imo, not a lot you can do for lips but you look young and they will grow in puberty, hydrocortisone works pretty mildly depending on who you are but only use it when you need to otherwise you'll fuck up the skin on ur nose. I mean what makes my nose big are my nostrils so ig hydrocortisone will work ln that, and if it doesn't i can hop off or come back later

the biggest flaw is probably ur hairline ngl. maybe try finasteride if ur worried about that. erda is for like, hair growth. doesn't fix bone structure or anything else obvious.
